C. elegans Dauer Larva
This demo video displays what this interactive model of the nuclei within the cells of a C. elegans dauer larva looks like when rendered at high definition locally on your machine.
Below you can engage with a web-based version of this interactive model. The nuclei are slightly lower resolution which is a by-product of creating a streaming version of the model itself that can we hosted on the web where you have to balance size of the model and performance.
You can zoom in on this model using your mouse or keyboard.
You can rotate the model by clicking and dragging your mouse and you can pan by holding shift and then clicking and dragging your mouse.
You can use the sliders on the right side of the diagram to change the transparency of the nuclei.
